Flaire, also known as Kafkatype, is a local producer breaking into the Japanese Hardcore scene. His post-modern dance mixes will take you on a journey from the most elequent of Electro to the hardest of Hardcore. Diversity is his game, but his sets always have one thing in common: they'll always keep you pumped up and ready for action.

As a new DJ emerging in to the local electronic music scene, Zarkonix seeks to bring a fresh blend of Electro, Breaks, Dubstep, Drumstep, and more to the dance floor. Having only been mixing for less than a year, he has already begun to make an impression on the local scene. With sets that always seek to surprise his listeners, his sets are not ones to miss!

Like the name implies, YUKKURi's style is rather casual and laid-back. But don't let that take-it-easy attitude fool you. His hard-hitting, high-energy mixes will keep you on your toes and your hands in the air from the first song to the last! Specializing in Happy Hardcore, UK Hardcore, Hard House and Makina, as well as the unique styles of various Japanese Hardcore artists, you may not find YUKKURi at your local nightclub, but you'll be sure to notice him at your local anime convention!
How much will it cost?
In our efforts to collect food donations for the UVSS Foodbank, please bring a minimum of Three(3) Non-Perishable Canned Food Items (Or $5 Cash Donation) Per Person in order to be granted admission.
What is the age restriction for this event?
The age restriction for this event is 14+.
Will I need to Pre-Register for Unlimited Dance Works?
No, you are not required to Pre-Register for this event.
What can I expect?
With a collection of Happy Hardcore, Gabber, Trance and Makina among others, expect to hear songs from some of the most popular J-Core artists in Japan!
Will I be required to Cosplay?
While Cosplaying is not required, it is HIGHLY encouraged! (So long as it's nothing fragile!)
Will there be Coat Check?
Yes, we will be providing free coat-check at the entrance.
Please keep in mind that bags are not permitted in the dance hall, and all bags must be left with coat-check before entering. No exceptions.
Also, please keep in mind that we do not recommend leaving valuables in your checked items as we will not be held responsible for anything lost or stolen.

Where will this event be running?
In Vertigo, located in the Student Union Building at the University of Victoria.
-While this event may run outside the general convention timetable, ALL convention rules and regulations are in FULL effect!
-All those who are intoxicated, suspected of being intoxicated, or are found to be in possession of any alcoholic beverages or illegal substances will be reported to Campus Security.
