Registration
Pre-Registration will begin on Friday, February 17th, 2012 at 11:30AM. General registration will begin at 12:00PM.
No one will be allowed in the convention hall before this time besides staff, volunteers, and other approved persons.
The actual convention will begin at 2:00PM with the opening ceremonies.
Rates
Please note that due to measures beyond our control persons age 14 and under must have a parent or guardian sign a Parental Consent form for registration at the convention.
Children 10 and under can register free of charge. However, they must be registered by a parent or legal guardian at the convention, AND a guardian of age 18 or older MUST accompany them at all times during the convention.

We offer a discount of $1.00 off admission with donation of 1 canned or dry good food item. There is no limit on the number of food items that can be donated.
Yes, that means you can donate 20 cans for $20 off. This is only valid as part of regular registration, you cannot pre-reg using cans.
Pre-Reg
Tickets at the door are available, however the lines can be quite long and you do save 10% if you preregister before Feb. 8th! Pre-Reg is done through our super-special friends at Mangabullet
You get awesome discounts for registering early and you can pick up your badge early on Friday and other neat fun things (maybe).
Thursday Night Badge Pick-Up
Early Badge Pick-Up for Pre-Registrants will be held on Thursday, February 16th at 5:00PM in the Engineering and Computer Science (ECS) Building at UVic.If you've got nothing better to do after picking up your badge, feel free to head over to the SUB for our Thursday night pre-convention dance, Unlimited Dance Works at 5:30PM!
