At the door registration and pickup will be located in the MacLaurin Building outside of the David Lam Auditorium, for both general registration and pre-registration. We are cash only, but UVic has several ATMs on campus.
Pre-Registered members have front of line access starting Friday, February 17th, 2017 at 1:30 PM. Have Government issued photo ID and pre-registration papers ready for check in.
General registration will begin at 2:00 PM. No one will be allowed in the convention halls before this time. Opening ceremonies will begin at 4:00 PM.
While we will not be accepting canned food item donations as a means of ticket payment this year, we will have a donation-only raffle. One canned food item valued at $1.00 or more will equal one raffle entry. There will be no limit on how many raffle entries you can acquire. We deeply appreciate your continued support of the UVic food bank!
Attendees 11-14 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian sign their parental consent form for registration and must also be accompanied by an adult at the time of check-in.
Children 10 years of age and under receive free entry but must be registered by a parent or legal guardian in person at the convention and be accompanied by an adult during the convention at all times.
What is this fantastically shiny golden pass good for, you might ask? It shall grant you mysterious and potent powers while within the convention’s domain! Such powers include the ability to move unchallenged to the front of the line for any event or contest during the convention, preferred seating for the same, as well as instant access to the realm of treasures held by Tsukino-Con’s many vendors- well before the non-Gold-Pass-wielding rabble, of course.
For 2017 we have added the Gold Pass only Raffle, and an exclusive limited edition Tsukino-Con T-Shirt.
