Artist Alley
Attendees:
- No stealing. Anyone caught stealing will be removed immediately from the convention and reported to the appropriate authorities.
- Please treat the artists with respect, any harassment will not be tolerated.
- Please do not touch the artists’ merchandise unless the artist has given you permission.
- No photography of artwork is allowed unless consent has been given by the artist of that work.
- The selling of food of any kind including baked goods are prohibited.
- You are only allowed to sell what you have made yourself. Art, craft kits or similarly assembled items are not considered to have been made yourself.
- On Sunday, a flea market has been scheduled where convention participants will be permitted to sell their used anime-related merchandise. The sale of any new merchandise is not allowed.
- There will be an overnight storage area for the Artists' Alley. Items stored overnight will be brought in and out by Tsukino-Con staff only. Though we do our best to keep stored items safe, we will not be held responsible for any loss of items. If you are concerned about the theft or loss of your items please pack them in a container with your own lock or take them home with you overnight.
- Artists are solely responsible for the safety of their merchandise; it is your responsibility to be watchful of your belongings. Though we have instructed our staff to be watchful for theft, we cannot be held responsible for theft or damages to artists' work.
- No plagiarizing other artists’ work. You will be immediately removed from the convention if you are found to be presenting the work of others as your own. (If you are unsure about whether or not something would be considered plagiarism, please ask the Artists' Alley coordinator for clarification)
