Tsukino Con is an independent annual convention organized by fans to promote Anime, Manga and other forms of Japanese Pop culture. The convention is run by the community in a family-friendly and fun format that introduces, nurtures and matures the enjoyment and understanding of the Anime and Manga subcultures to the local community and the world at large.
